Hi, I’m Jana

I am a daughter of God, wife to Alan, and three beautiful daughters call me mama. I am an imperfect human who has found profound purpose in walking alongside others as they seek fulfillment and healing in their personal journeys. Personally - I love coffee, pickleball and putting together home movies of my little family. Professionally - I have found my therapeutic gifts and personality have naturally led me to be a social worker in a variety of settings.

I graduated with my MSW from the University of Michigan in 2014. Since then I have found myself in many different therapeutic positions as a licensed social worker: foster care, domestic violence, pediatric cancer and most recently as a high school social worker. I have worked individuals in all stages of life and have found my niche working with teens and women. 

My areas of expertise include individuals who have anxiety, depression, sexual traumas, PTSD and are interested in healing and integrative work. 

As I work towards my clinical licensure, I will be under the direct supervision of Grace Mulcahy, LSCSW.
