Hi, I’m Jana

I am a daughter of God, wife to Alan, and four beautiful kiddos call me mama. I am an imperfect human who has found profound purpose in walking alongside others as they seek fulfillment and healing in their personal journeys. Personally - I love my Catholic faith, a good cup of coffee, and preserving memories through home videos of my little family. Professionally - I have found my therapeutic gifts and personality have naturally led me to be a social worker in a variety of settings.

I graduated with my MSW from the University of Michigan in 2014. Since then I have found myself in many different therapeutic positions as a licensed social worker: foster care, domestic violence, pediatric cancer and as a high school social worker. I have worked with individuals in all stages of life and have found my niche working with women who are interested in healing and integrative work in individual therapy.
